This weekend brought along a couple of headaches. We've had unusually warm and clear than suddenly cold and wet weather.
I have medicine to try and combat weather headaches, but it's side effects are more uncomfortable than the benefits.
I can't really tell if this gluten free diet is helping or not. My psoriasis seems to be flaring up, though.
How much wheat or rye is too much? A sandwich? Chip dip?
